At Mudhaus, we work with trusted specialist couriers to ensure furniture is delivered safely and with care. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to mainland England.

  • Orders placed for addresses outside mainland England (including but not limited to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, offshore islands, or international destinations) must contact us before purchasing.

  • Orders placed without prior contact for delivery outside mainland England may be cancelled and refunded.


Our Couriers

  • We use trusted furniture couriers experienced in handling large and delicate items

  • Deliveries are typically made to the ground floor or first accessible entrance, unless otherwise agreed

  • Couriers do not assemble, disassemble, or remove packaging unless explicitly stated

Delivery arrangements may vary depending on item size and location.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a delivery window

  • Missed delivery appointments may result in additional charges


Access & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Clear and suitable access to the delivery address

  • The item will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, and lifts

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues:

  • The delivery will be classed as attempted

  • Additional delivery or return charges may apply

  • Refunds may be refused once delivery has been attempted

Mudhaus is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by insufficient access or inaccurate delivery information.


Inspection & Damage

  • Please inspect items upon delivery

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours, supported by clear photographs

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted


Cancellations Related to Shipping

  • Orders placed outside our delivery area without prior approval may be cancelled

  • Any refund issued will be processed to the original payment method
